Data processing

AddVue is a SaaS platform to support and control processes such as purchasing, contract management and relationship management. For this purpose, we process personal data. 

The processing of personal data is always conducted in accordance with the requirements of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation EU 2016/679, hereinafter GDPR) and any other laws and regulations. You will find more information in the Processing Agreement below.

Service Level

AddVue’s services are provided in accordance with our service agreement. These agreements oblige us to perform the SaaS platform AddVue and the resulting and ancillary activities, including the security and availability of AddVue, the provision  of user support services and change management process.
